The Colleague Commitment Packs (CCPs) consist of:

A shared commitment workplace card - 'Commitment to my Co-worker'.  As your co-worker and with our shared goal of excellent patient care, I commit to the following ...'

The cards provide a short, but functional way in which to share commitment to:

• accepting responsibility and maintaining healthy interpersonal relationships
• talking promptly when there are issues
• establishing and maintaining trust, respect - regardless of educational experience and job title
• not engaging in the 3Bs (bickering, backbiting and blaming)
• practising the 3Cs (caring, commitment and colloboration)
• not complaining about others behind their backs
• accepting each others differences
• commiting to finding solutions to problems rather than just complaining about them
• remember that no one is perfect - accepting the human nature of relationships.

And 1 x 3Bs (no to) badge & 1 x 3Cs (yes to) badge.

When you buy them as a pack of 5 or 10 we also provide a 'how to introduce' the CCPs to your workplace, plus there is a discount for the 5 and 10 packs.
